By the time Dire Straits commenced the 1991/92 On Every Street tour. The tour was long more than 13 months...
Besides Mark Knopfler, John Illsley, Guy Fletcher and Alan Clark, the tour nine-piece line-up included Chris White (sax),
Paul Franklin (pedal steel), Danny Cummings (percussion), Phil Palmer (guitar) and Chris Whitten (drums).
During tour more than 7 million people visited the Dire Straits concerts.
Two concerts in Europe were officially recorded and released on CD and Video 'On The Night'.
Later ‘On The Night’ was released on DVD-Video.
